The CMA Music Festival is held every year with many performers there to get country fans dancing. They celebrate new succss, old success and showcase future success through these performances while promoting the genre.
CMA Country Christmas
All of Country's greatest stars get together for a night of Christmas cheer with the CMA Country Christmas. This is where stars perform classic Christmas songs and share favorite holiday memories with everyone. It has a host every year and gets fans in the holiday spirit by adding a little country to our Chistmas lists.

"The CMA Awards nominees and winners are determined by the more than 7,100 industry professional members of CMA, which when established in 1958 became the first trade organization formed to promote an individual genre of music. The first CMA Awards Banquet and Show was held in 1967. The following year, the CMA Awards was broadcast on NBC television for the first time – making it the longest running, annual music awards program on network television. The show aired on NBC through 1971 and on the CBS Television Network from 1972 through 2005 before moving in 2006 to ABC, where it is set to air through 2021.'

These awards are held each year to award the best performers of the genre with categories including but not limited to entertainer of the year, single of the year, album of the year, song of the year, and more. There are also many performances throughout the show to entertain with the best of country music.
The Country Music Association brings joy to many with their genre. Their vision statement is clear: "bringing the poetry and emotion of Country Music to the world." The Country Music Association educates, enlightens and changes lives by spreading the genre and taking risks. They are involved in many events but they work extra hard to showcase their biggest performers of the year with The CMA Awards, CMA Country Christmas, and CMA Fest.
